It's not one I would choose to be honest, think I saw one at the garden show similar, it looks like Frans Hal doesn't it.

Jane, I just viewed images of Frans Hal and am sure this is it!

Simbad (Goyer of late) didn't label any with that name when she sent me some, but it's the only place I think it could have come from!
