Seems to be a bit 'Christo' with clashing colours!

I’m all for “Christo” Shirley … often think of him when I’m planting!

Ha ha, that’s interesting Sheila. I never think about Christo when planting. I’m definitely more Gertrude! :)

It wouldn't do for us all to like the same things, not just in gardening either!

Chris, that will be Christopher Lloyd (1921-2006), gardener and writer who lived at Great Dixter for many years .Known for his borders of clashing colours!

I generally aim for harmony but if a clash appears by accident I can simply shrug and think of Christo … he had quite an accepting philosophy and didn’t take his results too seriously 🙂.

Must agree with your thoughts..plus I love the colours together. Why not! It’s great to have different things going on.
