Alstromerias Romance

Lovely flowers. I bought two bouquets of them at a market yesterday for just £2 a bunch and they are looking brilliant.

First time to grow them Shirley...£2 a bunch is so good..
Tesco selling them for £5.00.

Julia, I have 3 that were planted last year, one of them is showing buds now.

Did you protect them in the winter Shirley?

They arrived from Hayloft Plants last August, I potted them up and kept them outdoors (sheltered under the vine roof) over Winter, finally planted them out to the garden in early April this year.
