I grow the Euphorbias in pots Kate, They always die in the winter if I plant them in the ground. I put them in a shelter for the winter but they're back outside now.

I have a euphorbia. it's the low growing ground cover type that is plain green with yellow flowers and it can give goutweed a run for it's money! I tried eradicating it last fall but I notice there are sprouts across a wide area that I have other plans for... it doesn't seem to mind our endless winters either! interesting the variety in one genus.

Love it. I’ve tried a couple of different Euphorbias & they’ve died in the winter also, except for E Characias, which survives planted close to the house. I do love the Genus.

Hywel, I have this and have it growing through a small obelisk as it kept on flopping!

Lovely to see, Hywel. I struggled to grow this in past years.
