Well, thank goodness it’s finished! It is the hardest one I’ve ever done but kept me busy for a few weeks. Don’t want to do another now for a long time. My neighbour gives them to me, then they go to a charity shop.

You must have a lot of patience Feverfew! I know I wouldn't have!
It's brilliant!

Goodness Ff, I agree with Rose, you must have the patience of a saint! Very well done and for sticking at it.

Lovely, congrats Josee. I'll bet you get a lot of satisfaction once completed! Therapy in winter!

Great now it's finished! How many pieces were there?

I was given a puzzle for Christmas from a cousin of my wife's in Spain. She sometimes sends me photos she taken of my wife's town, Cuenca, & where I lived also for well over 25 years.

It can't compare with yours as its small & only a 100 pieces. Probably a promotional exercise to bring tourists to the town. I'll upload a photo to my photos page. Our granddaughter also wanted to help me & as she is coming tomorrow, (her school doesn't start till Friday & both her parents will be working so she will spend most of the day with us), perhaps she will want to make it again after I broke it all up & put it back in its box.

Thank you for all your comments. I nearly gave up on it at one point. There are 1000 pieces. As Kate says, it’s therapy in winter. Having to make myself go out despite awful weather, as I go crackers if inside all day.

Josie, that's a lovely jigsaw, albeit a difficult one, so well done for completing it! I have just finished a pretty one called Flower Fairies, must post a photo of it soon.

Look forward to seeing your flower fairies jigsaw. My jigsaw is now boxed ready to go to a charity shop.

I bought quite a lot of shrink wrapped ones in charity shops when Covid restrictions were lifted... that way I knew nobody had touched the pieces!
