One of the holy grails/canary in the coal mine for a 10b bay area climate. I bet somebody in SF or Oakland has one someplace!

It’s actually a 9b palm for souther California and Florida. However, it looks the best in 10b or higher.
There’s many large, old trees in my neighborhood. One day I have to go for a walk and take pics.
