Haha, yes Shirley!!!! You’ve definitely given it away there! I had two with my salad and couscous earlier…they were so tasty! Balsamic vinegar also added!
I just hope my own ‘now 6’ tomatoes do well in the garden.

Lovely tasting home-grown....I slice through the top and spoon out the seeds and replace with goats cheese then into the oven for about 10 mins in a dish with a splash of water in the bottom of the dish just to stop any drying out.

Sounds absolutely delicious, Linda! I quite like tomatoes stuffed with tuna!!!! Mouth watering now! 😋
