Pretty pastel there.

Thank you, Anget. It's quite a delicate pink & white combination & I'm glad I got it back in May this year!

Looks lovely.

Thank you, Hywel! Unfortunately I've had one casualty up to now & perhaps another may not survive. 😞 The golden variegated one 'Genii' has lost all its leaves & all the stems have withered away! 😞 I think 'John Grooms' may be next! 😞

It looks a bit like red spider mite but I can't see any of them crawling about on the underside of the leaves though & there's no webbing.

On the other hand I seem to see a very few tiny white insects no bigger than the mites & I wonder if it is these that are causing the red spider-like symptoms? They are definitely not White Fly though. These whitish looking insects are much smaller & don't appear to fly. There also appear to be very few on any one leaf.

If it's not white fly, could be red spider the plant got too dry, or overwatering, or some sort of rust? Just wondered. Hope you get it sorted Balcony. Are the insects weevils in the soil or is there another of bug i.e. midge lava that hatch from peat?

I can't think what they are Balcony. Maybe you could put a photo in the questions section and someone will answer.

Thanks for your thoughts, Lindak. Other than overwatering I don't think any of your other suggestions apply. The dreaded weevils are normally found in plants in pots on the ground. My plants are in saucers about 4ft from the ground & have been there for several months now. The only way to really rule out the weevil would be to empty the pot & check the compost.

Hywel, thanks for the suggestion but I don't have any photos of the tiny flies. The Fuchsia, yes, the flies, no! My phone camera is also very bad at getting close up photos - they always come out blurry! Perhaps I could try taking one of them on the backside of the leaves of 'John Grooms" then crop it & see if that is any good.

A week or so ago I spayed the Fuchsias with Neem Oil but I can't see any difference to the plants.😞
