A little 'vignette' of colour (as described in an American book I have)

very pretty Daylily, the Aster is such a lovely colour.

What well-behaved plantings you have, Daylily. Very often mine either run off or dwindle ..... Very pretty.

Thanks so much all, I did move a couple of things about here in spring, split the miscanthus grass, added the aster and rudbeckia was from division, may be moving about again next spring as the daylily doesn't do well :-))
