I really hope so, Anget! I didn't plant any bulbs last year & the balcony looked dreadful with only a few aphid infested Pansies trying to brighten things up.

I know but I'm not looking forward to the winter this year David , the thought of colds, flu, Virus I just want it to be back to normal ...
