Groundsel, a native plant

We use to pick this for our guinea pigs to eat ,they loved it ...

LOL, that's funny Amy. Guinea Pigs? That's really cool. My rabbit goes straight to this when he explores the garden - my rabbit Bedoogles.

We've taken over the care of our grandsons Hamster since he left it with us to look after when they went to NY , I'll have to see if she ( Dolly ) like it ..

I hope you are enjoying the hamster. I've had one long ago. All I remember is that squeaky wheel going all night long. You'd think he was running a marathon. Nice of you to look after him.

I think we've got her permanently Paul , our grandson says Dolly likes living with us better than him because we take her out each evening to have a play time , he was so busy with work Dolly was often ignored , she's a little monster she runs circles round us ,I've sent for a hamster ball I can't wait to see her tearing round the rooms in that ... :o)

I'm sure Dolly will love her hamster ball. Aren't they nocturnal? I remember they like to have something they can gnaw on like a cardboard box or a block of wood. They are cute, especially when their cheeks puff up with food.

Yes she wakes up about an hour before we are due to go to bed that's her playtime , we have all sorts of cardboard boxes with holes in to entertain her ,we bring her into the sitting room she runs up and down us its hard trying to stop her jumping to the floor she's so determined ,she stuffs her cheeks with so much food its comical , our children always had hamsters when they were growing up I well remember our son losing his in his bedroom we could hear it in the night scrambling about under the floor boards we had to take the boards up to find it ..

Wow, amazing how quickly they get into trouble. I hope you and everybody are well. I need to be up at 4 am just to get groceries.

4 am are you finding it difficult to buy and get the provisions you need Paul , our daughter works at a hospital so insist we shouldn't go out to shop ,she brings us groceries each week Saturday ,Todays the day we get quite excited when we look to see what we've got in the shopping bags ,its like Christmas ,she brings us treats if we behave and don't go out Lol , we can talk to our neighbours from a distance ... Keep well and keep safe ...
