I'm surprised it actually tastes quite sweet but you finish up with a mouth full of seeds , a shame as I have literally hundreds of them .. . Our daughter is doing a BBQ today I don't think I'd better take any ....

perhaps you could process the seeds like pomegranites... maybe in a marinade?
