Under the Bougys was a nice sized Monstera. Here,they tend to be shrubby..maybe climbing two stories. I've seen photos of them in soucal just gigantic climbing King palms 30' or more.
In Hawaii,I think they can cover a block!
So,I'm just glad I can see these things here at least in ground in sun. Better than nothing!

There's some Bougainvillea on the 163 going through Balboa Park which are growing up into Washingtonias around 60' high.
