My sons conker tree

Does anyone know when conker trees should produce conkers.This tree is over ten years old,over 15 foot high and the trunk 22 inch in circumference.My son is getting desperate there’s not a blossom or conker insight.

At least it looks green Suey187.
Round here they've all been pretty rusty/orange for ages probably with the leaf miner pests that cause havoc on horse chestnut trees all over the country.
