They are certainly safe from the rain! No amount of rain is ever going to wet them!
The yellow ones are so much nicer in the hanging basket & now more flowers are opening almost daily!

Best place for them too, this weather is so annoying....

They are not getting any rain where they are growing! One basket with very dark red Begonias did get a bit of "punishment" a few days ago due to the very strong winds we had but it seems to be recovering well.
