Looks like a bad wig- sorry, I don't do too many indoor plants, but I'm sure someone will help you soon~

It's a ponytail palm and it likes to dry out a bit between waterings. That big trunk holds a lot of water. Medium to bright indirect light is what mine gets. Good luck :)
