This was a lovely surprise present from a friend. It is soon to be our 45th wedding anniversary - hard to believe but it really is!!! It is apparently our Sapphire Anniversary, hence her choice of this shrub with its pretty blue flowers.
'Will your husband be buying you a sapphire ring?' she asked...........' I don't think so!' was my instant reply!!!

A good choice.....I had two skylark at my last garden. Superb blooms every year.
