Ha Ha.....yes, this Leek was well and truly frozen this morning.Good job I lifted a few yesterday.

It's funny because years ago when I was growing sprouts I was told they were no good till they had a good frost on them.

Agree with above! They taste much better this way, especially parsnips. My carrots look like this. I roasted a few for Sunday's dinner - very delicious.
