Philodendron 'Evansii'

Its a hybrid of P.selloum and P.speciosum. The latter too tender to grow outdoors..the other,survives coldest cold.
These were popular in the 1960's- early 70's,and I suspect this is how old this plant is..must have been pruned a million times next to this medical building.
