Still throwing up new buds 30/10/16
Almost as dark as Souv de dr Jamain. Highly fragrant even on a chilly, misty oct morning. Boys in Devon.

just beautiful... Is this rose hardy?

It should be according to my info and the nursery I got it from. But david austin says it prefers a warm dry climate! I see it as an experiment! Hopefully a long lived one..
