This tropical shrub bloom every fall with many large flower spikes. This one is grow very well since the big Ficus craterastoma tree was cut down. Photo taken Oct. 4, 2016.

Yes, it attracts hummingbirds, just like my yellow-flowering Markhamia lutea.
