Removed a Brugmansia..for a Brugmansia to thrive.

The Charles Grimaldi here was cut down. I still have one. I knew it should have been cut down years ago. I just kept putting it off.
What you see is Frosty Pink..it was cut back and should make a better form.
I'm not as fast as I used to be. Consternating on what to do,what will happen slows me up more. I'm just good at growing them.the "neatness" factor I'm not good at.

A Woody Allen of gardening seems like at times.

Nature doesn't go a lot on neatness either Stan. Something will seed and grow where it's happy, not always the most convenient spot for the gardener.

I was going to pick up those sticks TS. But,I know they are very soft wooded plants. Should break down fast.

The drought is always on the mind. Andy in SD has a more strict allotment. But,I'm removing anything that takes water while I no longer think its worth the cost even here where I share the allotment with San Francisco. Lucky.
