sideritis sp (greek mountain tea)

I thought this plant resembled sage so I googled the name. What a fascinating plant. One of its common names is 'ironwart', well named because it is used to treat iron deficiency as well as being full of other goodies. I was surprised to read it is available as a herbal tea in supermarkets like Tesco.

The particular is sideritis scardica.
