Identity please?

This rogue plant plagues me every year in my flower bed. Can anyone identify it for me please? It is once more threatening my lush perennials and I will have to take it out by hand so as not to hurt the lupins and poppies - never mind the old and cranky honeysuckle. Taken 4 April 2016 early evening - garden in North East - full sun border
