It dies back Gf it still has foliage at the moment but I expect the frost will finish it off ...

We had the first frost today, bird bath frozen solid. Too cold out for me.

I have this Gf I love the colours ,I've recently moved mine as it was becoming smothered by a fern , fingers crossed it hasn't harmed it !
