Tulipa aitchisonii var clusianoides - 2015 (Tulipa aitchisonii)

Specie tulip to 12 inches or slightly more. I've seen references to its home being Iran and Afghanistan, so it's not going to be flooding on to the market just yet. Full sun and a well-drained soil, although it has reportedly taken -15C during the winter.
