Hi Sheila, it's a Phormium tenax, it's supposed to be half hardy, but I only got it last year, but we had a mild winter, I have a variegated 1, and a bronze 1, both of which survived the 2 cold winters we had, and this 1 is supposed to be more hardy, so I'm quite hopeful of it surviving, even if we get another cold winter, Derek.
