Astilbe and Hebe

I think I will have to take this photo out and show it to my astilbes - not a flower between them! It's their first year so perhaps they take time to get going?

Ha Ha ! Well mine flowered first year I had it, but saying that, the one that Brian sent me last year hasn't had a flower this year, so maybe.

Mine was one huge plant when I bought it so I divided it into three. Maybe that discouraged it too although they've all put on growth :)

I'm sure if they have put on growth they will be fine next year, and you will have a lovely show Gee.
