Nice early spring blooms were irresistible! I am hoping this more native sort will do better than my last.

I do hope so. I had another when I moved here that is just a little sprig of leaf this spring. I am putting this up higher and drier, see if that works. Always finding it in nature on hot trail edges that drop away.
