I like how dark the foliage is, perfect backdrop for pale pink flowers

Usually the sun is too bright to get good close-up pictures but we had a few cloudy days. I think I've had this Daphne longer than most of the others and the last two years it has really grown a lot. The Daphne x napolitana hybrids are nice ones, not the strongest scent or best flower color but very reliable.
