My neighbour's Camellia! It has had a real chance this year with very little frost around.
This is the most flowers I've seen on it for years & I think I get the best of it over the fence, because we are on the south side!!

Luckily,mine faces my side :o) and I agree about it being such a good year..no brown buds at all ,or bud drop...lovely colour,Shirl..

It can be sometimes annoying for the owner of a plant when it persists in facing the other way! I think this is what might happen with my Clematis Montana now that it has at last reached the top of my fence. Bet it one day makes a great show, hanging over the other side.
