who's been digging in my bed??

while out taking pics this morning, saw this - something's excavated in the bed I dug, weeded and planted abnout a week ago. There's probably some bulbs missing, I couldn't have left that much of a gap! think this was where I'd planted the Blue Allum bulbs, but won't know till they start coming up - hope there'll be a few left.

saw a squirrel at the bird feeder a little while ago - it was more polite than Bethnal Green squirrels, it hadn't demolished the feeders and was only aiming for the nut holder, it seems. I
'm going to hae to "bark" the bed - and "chili" the feeders.
