i have had in the past and given as gifts but no! not at this time i have none... when i was in my twenties i had no end of house plants and cactus plants but now not to many of house or garden plants..

Well, it's not that I strictly "intend" to have more it's just that I have already repotted half of my Amaryllis - the two windowsills' full! - & this week the ones occupying 3metres of the kitchen windowsill must be repotted. They have been in the same pots for nearly 4 years & are only giving one stem with just two flowers on them once a year! So clearly in need on repotting. Then each pot has several bulbs in it & these need to be separated & repotted individually & the smallest ones need to be separated from their mothers & grown on for a couple of years before flowering. So you see I'm going to end up with SOOOOOOOOOO many "new" bulbs that I have no idea of what to do with!

My wife is being very patient with me filling up all available window space for 6 months of the year with them! She rarely complains - for which I'm really grateful! - but I understand how she feels when from March to June their leaves block out the light! Then from October to December the same again!

If you would like some PM me your address & I'll get some off to you! I can't guarantee the colours though. Some pots have lost the plastic markers I put in to remind me of their colour!
