So you have lived Japan before?
I miss hybrid sushi in London! (But I can't eat them...)

I lived in Gifu for two years working as a teacher at elementary school and Kitakyushu for one year as a university student.... great times. I do miss it lots now! Specially the food!

That's why you used the word "proper."
But Gifu is the last place which I can imagine where you lived. I have visited there just once to meet my friend. (We are alumuni of the elementary school for Japanese in Bruxelles!)
