Looking out from Battery Park. Statue of Liberty barely visible left of center. This is where the Hudson River meets the Atlantic Ocean. Sometimes it flows northward, sometimes southward depending on the tides. Hurricane Sandy also came barreling through here last year, flooding this whole area
