What a beautiful photo, my OH knows the area very well, he used to stay at The Sharrow Bay Hotel many moons ago, he always said how wonderful the scenery was, I never did get to stay there unfortunately....

What a beautiful photo Chris. Glad you're feeling better, because it's no fun not "being yourself". I've been just the same - shivering and shaking - but on the mend now. Phew!

We called in at the Sharrow Bay last year for coffee I think. The view from the hotel is just wonderful. If I can find a picture of it I shall put it on here for you.

Sheila, I am sorry you have been suffering too. I usually get something at this time of year but if I do I find it is hard to shake off.

Do you know I can honestly say that I am not better at all!! 3 weeks of it so far and I am fed up......the doctor said it could go on for 5/6 weeks!! Great!!!

It must be the same thing I had....I've only just stopped coughing, and that was about four weeks ago now.

I have every sympathy for you and really do hope that it is on its way out at last.
