Yes, Delonix, the blue is quite popular here, I have only seen the white plumbago once here though.

The white one is very common here, also.
The red one (Plumbago indica) isn't as common here.

Blue Plumbago grows wild everywhere here in San Diego, CA. It must grow like a weed there, also.
