This is the ( man made ) shipwreck on New Brighton Beach on the Wirral' the pic shows the chap is hard at work.

the chap say's the tide does come over it but it is anchored down and if bits get ripped of or washed away the simply find more wood for it. bit of a tourist attraction now. nice walks there now and good shops.

it looks so good, you would never know it was man made. Very interesting photograph, does the tide get up to the wreck?
