lovely looking plant, what is it??

I think my computer froze up after I added these pics because I usually give them a title and description. This is a late flowering dogwood, Trinity Star is a semi-dwarf variety that flowers heavily.

It isn't fragrant but it makes a beautiful small tree/large shrub. Some people grow them like shrubs and some people grow them like trees. Depending on the variety, they can grow anywhere from 10-25 feet tall and up to 15-20 feet wide. There are pink flowering types, variegated types and weeping varieties too. I don't care for the weeping ones personally but all the other varieties are attractive. Once the flowers are done they grow large red fruits (they look like crunch berries if you're familiar with the cereal!). As they age the bark will exfoliate too so they are nice looking trees year round.
