Hosta & Heuchera Sweet Tea

Beautiful combination

What a huge hosta with so many buds and, of course, another of my favourite plants.

I have a lot of hosta's now, but this one is my favourite.

Lovely Hosta which variety is it Cinders? we grow sweet tea, a good one great colour....

Sorry DD I don't know. It was given me about 5 years ago, but had no name. I love the different colours on Sweet Tea.

Lovely contrast of leaves, Heucherella Sweet Tea is one of my favourites plants. I so agree about the different colours. I nearly lost mine last year to the dreaded vine weevil, but it's recovered now:-)

Oh that dreadful vine weevil, I lose some every year. Well saying that, if you clean them up and plant them deep they form new roots, but so far Sweet Tea has escaped.

Yes I had quite a new one called,I think, Vienna. Very pretty, then looking awful. There didn't seem to be a root left, but I half buried the two bits and both have survived. I haven't put the out yet as I haven't got anything for vine weevils at the moment. I did buy some nemotodes, but the weather never got warm enough before their use by date, so they were no good:-(
