starting to get out of hand.

I know the feeling, I got up at 4.0 a.m. this morning was awake so decided to attack my garden before going to the hospital, managed to come home at 1.0 p.m. as the children were doing shifts for me and had about 4 barrow loads of weeds and thinings everything seemed to be gasping for breath after last weeks rain and now this nice warm spell!!!!

ouch that is early Thelma. I have had to thin out lots of hesperis. You sent me 4 plants a few years ago and they keep seeding every where. I wouldn't be with out them but I should dead head them more often :o)

It does look like a very pretty jungle! That's the trouble with gardens isn't it, everything grows too big!

We wait and wait for the plants to grow and then have to rush about controlling them. I agree with Louisa, though - it all looks very pretty. This really reminds me of how my borders are looking - they have relished the rain and the sun and everything is expanding in all directions!
