Not the toughest plant but the colour is well worth having. I'm waiting for the small, yellow-leaved acer behind it to grow big enough to provide a backdrop to the flowers. Maybe another couple of years?

I was hoping for someone to post the name of this rhododendron. Thanks Andrew. I am looking at it right now in a vase on my desk. It is lovely rhodie, and yellow color is perfect companion.
