Lots of clearing out first? Perhaps a skip to get rid of it all? And perhaps some weed killer for those Ivies, otherwise you'll struggle to get rid of them and you'll be hacking them back for evermore. I once removed a couple from my old garden and even with weed killer one of them wouldn't die! All the top growth died, but I couldn't dig out the root, and after a few months it just started growing again. Eventually I did get the root out with a lot of effort!
