Am I allowed to put my two big feet in here and say you are responsible for hybridising this one Bjs. I looked it up on the RHS site because according to an Irish nursery this one is worth buying for the foliage never mind the flowers. On the RHS list it has (Au) after the name. I could not find out what this means so do please enlighten us. For those of us interested in learning it is always a privilege to be able to ask the person responsible for a plant we like.

I like this one a lot Brian.Sheila, before the real expert gives you the full run down,I'll give you the limit of my knowledge.Au will mean that it's auricula related.

Thank you pcw. I think He is too modest about his skills and achievements with plants. I did wonder if au had something to do with auricula but thought it best to ask rather than guess.
