which one r u growing Bampy? we have a couple of newbies too....orange wellington...cant think of the others...lol

black krim, brandywine yellow & brandywine pink, are the 3 new ones for this year Sandra. Also purple russian which I grew last year for the first time & will grow these every year, superb tom.
Orange wellington sounds abit tasty, look forward to seeing how they do for you this year .
We'll swap our 'taste & performance' marks out of ten late summer.
Last years purple russian I would easily give 9/10, large, robust plants & fruit the size of goose-eggs but most importantly the flavour was wonderful.

love purple russian and the brandywine...the brandywine is not always true yellow/pink but boy is it tasty....i love the yellow and orange ones...amish gold is probably my favorite but it changes from day to day...lol

same here Sandra, I'm on a mission to find the best flavoured tomatoes. Not just great to grow but a super-food too - - - - it's a win win thing ! :-)

love it when tasting time comes...we all take it very seriously...yum yum...i find some are better for cooking...some for eating as soon as picked...japanese trifle black definitely best with cheese...
