i dont think its an aeonium as mostly the flower erupts from the centre of the rosette....but what ever it is its lovely..:-)

Doesn't look like an aeonium to me either, but it is very attractive and I'd be very interested to see what the flower is like when it opens.

It's Echeveria pulidonis. It's got a yellow flower. Mine flowered this spring but I forgot to take a photo ... I'll have to wait for the next one lol
