looking out in the morning

Had short legs and not very heavy interesting,hedgehogs should be a sleep

that's what I thought as well Bjs:) I spotted a hedgehog in my garden last year. Few weeks ago I noticed some garden visitor left me a little 'something' on the patio slabs - to small for a cat 'pressie', lol. But it didn't cross my mind it was the hedgehog. I keep some of my pots on pallets in the far right corner of my garden. The trail started there - so it looks like he is a permanent tenant, lol. or she;-)
I know they should be hibernating - but with those temperatures we had recently - maybe they thought it was springtime? lol

i reckon there is a toy train running along the tracks in the night!!!?

Where did the trail end near the house,could of course be something less welcome as they are always around.

maybe its a mole with a shovel ~ he couldnt dig underground cos it was frozen so he channelled through the snow instead!

I think I did. We had rats visiting our gardens back in spring.... so it might be rat trail.... My neighbours stopped feeding the birds, so I haven't seen any rats since... But I was really hoping for a hedgehog, lo.
