Wild Prunus virginiana var. melanocarpa

That's a very pretty pic GT, plenty there for the birds. Have you thought any more about your Prunus?

Thank you Janey. I grew up there, and I was amazed that I had never noticed how much of this berry there was. We always made jam. It is commonly imported here, but seldom fruits like this. I'm looking for Prunus tomentosa, there are a few at the nursery I used to work at. The botanical garden has a huge beautiful one.
