This New Zealand Christmas tree was loaded with buds and was just starting to bloom on this nice warm day in Balboa Park, San Dieog, CA. on Nov. 13, 2012.

Yes, it does. I think this is a dwarf.
This tree can become a monster here. I have taken pics of 75ft (23m) tall trees here in San Diego.
