Looks suculent Crassula or Sedum Not sure, but i am certain there are others on Goy who will tell you.

Could it be Senecio jacobsenii ??? Trailing Jade plant?

Turns out a local nursery here calls is a Jade plant, simply. I believe "trailing" would improve upon the name! :) Well done Klahanie! Good eye!
